A series of control gates at which the Buyer reviews and approves the Provider's
proposed Design-to baseline as evidenced by lower level performance
specifications and associated test plans and authorizes the Provider to proceed
with detail design. All hardware, software, handling equipment, test equipment,
and tooling should be sequentially reviewed in the descending order of system to
assembly.
