- cross-lateral activities
Cross-lateral activities are energizing movements
that involve using both hemispheres of the brain
to conduct coordinated activity in which a learner
uses opposite parts of the body. An example would
be touching the right elbow to the left knee as it is
raised off the floor, then alternating and touching
the left elbow to the right knee.
